This house has been designed so that all guests feel good there, even in groups.

With its two separate sleeping spaces, the house offers comfort to two families while respecting their privacy.

A fenced swimming pool heated by a heat pump is attached only to La Bergerie.

Electrically assisted mountain bikes are also available.

The closest shops are in Salviac, approximately 4 km away.

On the ground floor:

· a very spacious living space with two lounges

·a dining area

. a well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter and espresso coffee maker, washing machine)

· a separate toilet with hand basin

· a storage cellar: Fridge with freezer (additional), storage, high chair, travel cot, games.

Upstairs:

· By the first staircase:

o Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160 cm) and a child's bed + its bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, toilet.

o Bedroom 2 which has three single beds (90 cm) with its adjoining bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, toilet.

· By the second staircase:

o Bedroom 3 with a double bed (160 cm) and an open bathroom: bathtub, sink, toilet.

o Bedroom 4 with two four-poster beds (140 cm) has a bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, toilet.

The exterior space:

· A large unfenced garden with a private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m), open from 01/04 to 01/11

· A picnic area in the small, well-shaded grove near the swimming pool.

Three electric mountain bikes are available, and on request, up to five bikes can be made available outside the months of July and August (very efficient Lapierre brand with a trailer for children -50kgs): = A real sporting opportunity to discover the region and its terroir without getting tired.
