For 25 years, I have been renovating houses for vacation rentals in Périgord, on the border of Lot and Dordogne. It is in this still very preserved, wooded and authentic countryside that I have chosen to welcome you, in the town of Florimont-Gaumiers located in the heart of Périgord Noir, a land well known for its exceptional gastronomy (truffle, porcini mushrooms). , foie gras, etc.), as well as its exceptional sites: castles, caves, town of Sarlat, village in the Dordogne valley, without forgetting the Lot (Rocamadour, Carennac, Martel, Saint-Cirq-lapopie, Padirac chasm).

I am passionate about old agricultural buildings (sheepfold, barn, and tobacco dryers) which today allow atypical renovations with large, bright, comfortable spaces and lots of amenities while retaining the charm of old buildings.

Over the years, this very Perigord heritage of stone and wood has been modernized and equipped to bring the greatest happiness to many guests looking for discreet, comfortable and well-equipped sites.

The amenity facilities are well present here with: either heated outdoor swimming pools that can be used from the beginning of April to All Saints' Day, or a multi-function indoor spa pool at 35° all year round.

We also offer electrically assisted mountain bikes (with child trailer), available to the public in the La Bergerie and Le Séchoir houses.
